Glorioso Casting is currently accepting submissions for STAND-IN's and PHOTO DOUBLES for Straw Dogs!

Please read the following descriptions and how to submit carefully:

James Marsden Stand-In/ Photo Double: (Please Submit if you are close to the following SPECS)18-35 YRS, SHOULD HAVE BROWN HAIR, MUST BE MALE, SHOULD BE 5'10", WEIGHT 150-155LBS.
DOUBLES: MUST FIT THE FOLLOWING SIZES: 30 WAIST 31 LENGTH, 38-39R SUIT, 15.5/ 33 SHIRT. MUST HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE AND WORK ETHIC. STAND-IN EXPERIENCE IS APLUS

Kate Bosworth Stand-In/ Photo Double: (Please Submit if you are close to the following SPECS) 18-35 YRS, SHOULD HAVE BLONDE HAIR, MUST BE FEMALE, SHOULD BE 5'5" - 5'5.5", WEIGHT 110LBS.
DOUBLES: MUST FIT THE FOLLOWING SIZES: DRESS 0 or 2, SMALL OR XSMALL SHIRT. MUST HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE AND WORK ETHIC. STAND-IN EXPERIENCE IS APLUS

Alexander Skarsgard Stand-In/ Photo Double: (Please Submit if you are close to the following SPECS) 18-35 YRS, SHOULD HAVE BLONDE HAIR, MUST BE MALE, SHOULD BE 6'4", WEIGHT 170-180LBS.
DOUBLES: MUST FIT THE FOLLOWING: 34/33 PANTS, 42-44L or XL JACKET, 16-16.5/ 36 SHIRT. MUST HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE AND WORK ETHIC. STAND-IN EXPERIENCE IS APLUS

**To Submit for these positions, you should live in or around the Shreveport area. These positions would work for approximately 8 weeks starting 8/17/09 (Maybe a few Test dates the week before).

OPEN CASTING CALL FOR EXTRAS/ Sony Screen Gems Straw Dogs

Sony/Screen Gems (Obsessed, Quarantine, Underworld, Rise of the Lycons) announces the movie "Straw Dogs," written and directed by Rod Lurie, is slated to begin filming in Shreveport, LA on August 17, 2009.

Glorioso Casting, LLC (Harold & Kumar 2, The Mist, The Expendables) is conducting the local casting for the film with open auditions scheduled in July.   People of all ages and ethnicities are encouraged to attend as there is a need for more than 1,000 extras in several of the scenes as well as featured extras.  (See Special Needs Below).  Those unable to attend the open casting call can register by visiting www.gloriosocasting.com .

What to bring:                                       

Bring a recent non-returnable photo (4 x 6 preferred). If you do not have a picture, one will be taken for you.

Applicants may also bring a photo of their car to be considered for the film.

Special Needs:                                       

Everyone should register! However we do have a strong need for:

•    FOOTBALL PLAYERS: 18 - 23 years to look high school age.  Real football players are encouraged to attend.
 
•    CHEERLEADERS: 18 - 23 years to look high school age. Real cheerleaders are encouraged to attend.

•    REFEREE'S:  REAL football referees are encouraged to attend.

•    TOWNSPEOPLE: Adults, 18 and over, are strongly encouraged to attend.  Children may sign up as well but parents/guardians must be present.

NOTE: We will have 4 days of NIGHT SHOOTING the week of August 17th, 2009 and we will need a large amount of extras.

NOTE: These are PAID positions.  All who attend will be considered for the film!
